The platform

Built for temple life, end to end.

Ceremony publishing, registration deadlines, roster assembly, receipts, annual reports — the routine work runs itself, so your staff handle exceptions, not paperwork. This is everything the platform does today.

01 — Ceremonies

Ceremony automation

Ceremonies publish, close, and archive themselves — nobody has to remember to take them down.

  • Homepage carousel auto-rotation — finished ceremonies drop off the homepage slideshow automatically; no one has to take them down.
  • Auto-close after start — 12 hours after a ceremony begins, the system closes it automatically.
  • Automatic "Past ceremonies" — ended ceremonies file themselves under Past Ceremonies, so devotees can still look up the history.
  • Registration deadlines — the temple sets the cut-off; registration stops automatically at that moment.
  • Quick duplicate — recurring ceremonies (like monthly services) are cloned from a past setup in seconds.
  • Staff-assisted registration — when devotees call or walk up, staff can register on their behalf.
  • Printable registration forms — batch-print a ceremony's forms for on-site use and filing.
  • Deliverance categories — 超薦 names (ancestors, karmic creditors, and so on) are managed under categories the temple defines.

02 — Members

Name lists & self-service

Devotees keep their own lists — and stop re-typing names at every ceremony.

  • Living / deceased name lists — members maintain their own rosters, split into blessing (在世祈福) and deliverance (往生超薦).
  • One-tap registration — pick names straight from the list when registering or donating; no retyping, no typos.
  • Personal records center — every past registration and donation, with downloadable receipts.
  • Notification & language preferences — members choose which emails they receive and in which language (中文 / English).
  • Data ownership — members can export all their data, archive name lists, or delete their account — privacy-law compliant.

03 — Giving

Donations & online payments

From an offering to a receipt in the devotee's language — with the books balanced.

  • Online giving — general donations and dedicated campaigns, with suggested amounts and dedications (迴向) to family or the departed.
  • Flexible pricing — offering items per ceremony can be fixed-amount or free-amount (隨喜).
  • Cart & combined checkout — registration, offerings, and donations go into one cart and check out together.
  • Pay later — devotees can place the order first and pay later; unpaid items sit in a "Pending payment" page and unfinished payments can be resumed.
  • Multiple payment methods — online cards (Stripe / PayPal), plus cash, bank transfer, and cheque recorded by the temple.
  • Automatic receipts & annual statements — receipts email automatically in the recipient's language; year-end donation summaries generate themselves.
  • Refunds — refund directly from the platform or record external refunds, with automatic reconciliation of online money flow.

04 — Ceremony day

Ceremony-day check-in

The day itself, handled.

  • Quick check-in — search a name, done.
  • Walk-ins — on-the-day registration supported.
  • Printable rosters — the full ceremony roster, printed for on-site use.

05 — Admin

Admin, for temple staff

Everything the temple runs itself — no engineer required.

  • Admin in your language — each staff member picks their own interface language.
  • Self-managed content — ceremonies, services, announcements, homepage slides, and pages are all edited in the admin, with draft preview before publishing.
  • Role-based permissions — Admin and Staff roles; sensitive fields (like finances) are visible to admins only.
  • Financial records — log cash and transfer donations, record payments and refunds, reconcile the books.
  • Notifications — ceremony reminders, cancellation notices, and broadcasts, sent automatically in each recipient's preferred language.
  • Scheduled reports — ceremony rosters, financial summaries, order summaries, annual donor statements, and member activity reports, scheduled or on demand.
  • Redirect management — pages moved or redesigned? Old links keep working via admin-configured redirects.

06 — Website & security

A proper bilingual website, locked down properly

  • Bilingual throughout — the site, admin, emails, receipts, and reports all support 中文 / English.
  • Services & lineage — a knowledge base of temple services, plus lineage and founder pages.
  • Newsletter & contact forms — devotees subscribe or unsubscribe, and reach the temple through the site.
  • Search & SEO — site-wide search, automatic sitemaps, built for Google.
  • Anti-spam & protection — bot protection on forms, rate limiting on login and public endpoints.
  • Built-in analytics — website traffic analysis with no third-party trackers.
  • Full audit log — every admin action is recorded; accountability is clear.

Why it matters

Less routine work. More participation. Safer records.

Ceremony publishing, registration deadlines, roster assembly, receipts, annual reports — the routine work is fully automated, cutting workload and human error. Name lists and one-stop checkout make it easier for devotees to join ceremonies and give, lifting participation and donation income. Role-based permissions and a complete audit log keep finances and personal data safe — and privacy compliant.
