All prices in USD. Annual billing: $500/year single language, $1,500/year duo languages — two months free. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Fair use applies to content edits — larger redesigns and new sections are quoted separately. Additional languages, e-commerce, and custom features are available as add-ons or via a Custom Build.

Yes — it's a one-time fee that covers discovery, design, building, content loading, and launch. You pay it once when we build the site; after that you only pay your monthly plan.
Updating text, swapping images, posting announcements, or changing details on existing pages. A redesign of a section or a brand-new page is a bigger change — we'll quote it clearly before doing anything.
Absolutely. Many clients launch in one language first. When you're ready, we localize the existing site and move you to Duo — no rebuild, no second setup fee for the translation work.
Any two you need — most of our temples choose English plus Traditional or Simplified Chinese, so both generations of the sangha feel at home. The site is authored properly in both languages, with a one-click switcher, not auto-translated fragments.
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your domain and content always belong to you — we'll hand over your materials and help with a smooth transition. We'd rather part on good terms than hold anyone hostage.
If you cancel before we've started design work, we refund it in full. If you cancel after design has started but before launch, we refund the fee less the work already completed. Once your site has launched, the setup fee has been earned and isn't refundable — full details are in our Terms of Service.
Yes — pay yearly and two months are free: $500/year for Essential and $1,500/year for Duo Languages. Many temple boards prefer one annual invoice; it matches the fiscal-year budget cycle and avoids twelve small payments.
The setup fee is invoiced when the project starts; monthly plans are billed in advance by bank transfer or card. Everything is in USD, and every invoice says exactly what it's for.
