Temple platform
A complete system built for Buddhist temples, bringing ceremony registration, donations, notifications and dashboard records together in one place.
Ceremony registration
Devotees fill in the registration form online, and the system records the list automatically — no more sorting through handwritten forms.
Donations
Devotees donate online, payments are handled by the payment gateway, records are kept automatically and receipts go out by email.
Email notifications
When a registration or donation is completed, the system sends the email automatically, so devotees are confirmed at once and no one has to reply one by one.
Ceremony reminders
As a ceremony approaches, the system reminds everyone who registered, so no one has to call or message them one by one.
Payments
The platform is connected to Stripe and PayPal, so devotees can donate online by card and every payment is recorded automatically.
Admin dashboard
Committee members see registration lists, donation records and notification history in one dashboard, clearly laid out.
Member dashboard
After registering as a member, a devotee can see the ceremonies they signed up for and their donation records, without calling the temple to ask.
The platform is primarily in Traditional Chinese, with an English interface also available. Simplified Chinese is available on request.
