There are two parts to the cost: a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. The monthly fee keeps the platform running and covers maintenance, bug fixes, code updates, hosting and domain name.

Pricing questions
What does the one-time $300 setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers the work before launch: understanding how the temple operates, setting up the website and dashboard, organising and entering the materials the temple provides, reviewing the registration and donation flows, and testing before launch. This work is done once, at the beginning.
What is the difference between the Basic and Advance plans?
The Basic plan includes all public pages and donations with a payment gateway, but not ceremony registration. The Advance plan includes all of the platform's standard features: ceremony registration, donations, email notifications, ceremony reminders, the admin dashboard and the member dashboard.
What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee includes maintenance, bug fixes, code updates, hosting and domain name. Content updates, image generation and temple-specific features are optional services, quoted separately.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. The platform runs on a monthly fee and the temple does not need a long-term contract. You may tell us to stop at any time, and the monthly fee ends there.
Can we start small and add more later?
Yes. Many temples launch the website and online donations first, switch on ceremony registration ahead of a busy season, and grow into member features over time. The platform supports the whole journey — you set the pace.
Can our staff and volunteers update the site themselves?
Yes. Ceremonies, announcements and donation campaigns are managed from a clean admin panel — no developer needed for everyday updates. And when you want help, just email us.
Try it first, then decide
The demo site is open to try: register a free member account, sign up for a ceremony, take part in a donation campaign and receive a receipt by email. Committee members can try it themselves before bringing it to a meeting.
